For site liaison the process starts with a sited communications book where either party may enter comments, which will be constructive in the smooth running of the contract. On larger contracts consisting of more than two operatives, one operative will be selected to take the responsibility for all site operations and will act as a working supervisor.

Our contracts manager will visit on a regular basis, monitoring the standard and liaison with our clients to ensure total satisfaction is guaranteed. All our managers are given pagers for an immediate response.
